ReadyCare, LLC (ReadyCare) is an all-encompassing emergency preparedness company owned and operated by a licensed medical professional.  We are committed to promoting health and wellness, safety and preparedness for both homes and businesses.  We do this by being your one source for supplies, education and training.  ReadyCare will work with you, if needed, to create a customized plan to prepare your home or workplace for man-made as well as natural disasters.  ReadyCare is also committed to making health, safety and preparedness affordable.  We know our prices are low, but, if you find the same item at a lower price, please let us know.  We will meet or beat our competition.

If you're not happy with your product, then we haven't done our job.  Every product that we sell is fully guaranteed for product satisfaction and against manufacturer's defect.  This guarantee does not extend to misuse.  If you have a problem (unsatisfied or defect) with your purchase of our products, you may return them to us (e-mail first for RA number, please) for a full refund (less shipping charges) for the amount of re-sellable items.  Items that are not in re-sellable condition (crushed, damaged, misused) will not be credited, and may not be returned (with the exception of manufacturer's defect).  This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.  All returned products must be returned in their original containers and in re-sellable condition.

Items designated as Clearance Items have been reduced in price for immediate sale, and may not be returned.

If you are purchasing a FRÍO™ product, we will gladly accept wallets back for return or exchange as long as the wallets have not been activated by water.  We will also gladly exchange your wallet due to manufacturer's defect.  If you have any questions about the Frio products please phone

Frio products and Crystal Dust:  It is inevitable that occasionally some microscopic crystal dust particles will percolate through the fabric of the interior unit.  After immersion in water this sometimes appears as a sticky spot on the surface of the unit.  In this event, DO NOT WIPE the area but simply take a damp cloth and firmly pinch off the offending crystals.  FRÍO™ cooling crystals can expand to over 500 times their own volume in water so any slight presence is greatly magnified.  This situation does not in any way affect the performance of your FRÍO™ cooling wallet; they will always give you 100% results.

Stethoscopes are ordered specifically for you.  Please choose carefully.  If you have any questions about the stethoscope that is right for you, please e-mail before ordering.  WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF THESE ITEMS, FOR ANY REASON.  Stethoscopes are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.  We will provide basic support questions for these items.  Further support will be directed to the manufacturer.

AED'S and their associated replacement parts (batteries/electrodes) are ordered specifically for you. Please choose carefully. If you have any questions about the AED or part that is right for you, please e-mail before ordering. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF THESE ITEMS, FOR ANY REASON. AED's and the replacement parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. We will provide basic support questions for these items. Further support will be directed to the manufacturer. When ordering parts, please include the AED model and part number that you are trying to replace.

Fairness:  Please remember that many kits are wrapped in shrink wrap. If
you need to inspect a kit please DO NOT break the shrink wrap, for health and safety reasons.  The contents of each kit are clearly marked on the outside of each kit.  If you have additional questions, please call us at (925) 937-5288.  If there is no shrink-wrap, then you can inspect away.  Kits are only accepted for return if the inner contents are intact, complete and no seals/shrink-wrap broken.

All credit card orders are screened for address verification (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CVV).  If this information does not match with the data your credit card company provides, your order may be declined/refused.

Billing Address and Shipping Address Are The Same:  For your protection (and ours), please ensure that your shipping address is the same as your billing address on file at your credit card company.  Choose 'Order by Credit Card Online' during checkout.

Billing Address and Shipping Address Are Different:  For your protection (and ours), if your shipping address and billing address are different, your CVV data MUST match the data provided by your credit card company.  These orders are subject to approval, and may be declined/refused.  Choose 'Order by Credit Card Online (separate billing and shipping addresses)' during checkout.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days.  If there will be a delay in shipping your order, you'll receive an e-mail or phone call with a status update.  In general, orders ship on the next business day.  No shipments are made on the weekend.

Domestic Orders:
 

For orders shipping within the 48 contiguous US states, there are a variety of shipping methods and two shipping carriers (UPS and USPS) available at checkout.  Please note that UPS does NOT deliver to USPS PO boxes.

For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska (and other US Possessions), UPS Ground service in NOT an available option.  US Postal Service Priority Mail and UPS Air (Two-Day and Next-Day) will be the only available options.

For orders shipping to US Military Mail locations (APO, FPO), US Postal Service Priority Mail will be the only available option. 

UPS Ground Residential vs. UPS Ground Commercial
UPS Ground offers 2 levels of service - residential and commercial.
You may select 'UPS Ground Commercial' only if your shipping
address is a valid business location (not a home-based business
or office, which are classified as residential addresses).

Please note that for items shipped outside the USA, you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, duty fees and taxes, where applicable. These fees will be payable when you receive your package.  We have no control over deciding what these fees will be (nor do we receive any of these fees).
